i. What is the LGPD
The General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) is the Brazilian legislation that regulates the processing of personal data by individuals and legal entities, whether public or private.
It establishes principles, rights of the data subject, obligations of processing agents, and administrative sanctions — in line with international legislation such as the European GDPR.
ii. Our commitment
