The General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) is the Brazilian legislation that regulates the processing of personal data by individuals and legal entities, whether public or private.

It establishes principles, rights of the data subject, obligations of processing agents, and administrative sanctions — in line with international legislation such as the European GDPR.

Olivia Prado Realty treats personal data with the seriousness that the law requires and that our clients deserve. We have implemented a data governance program that includes:

• Full mapping of data flows (Data Mapping)
• Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) in sensitive operations
• Continuous training of the entire team on LGPD and security
• Formal designation of a Data Protection Officer (DPO)
• Security incident response plan
• Periodic review of suppliers and partners
